Wayne Gretzky has been a breath of fresh air for the NHL on TNT broadcast. He is not over the top but isn't afraid to tell it like it is. But because Gretzky deals in truths, it might hurt some Oilers fans to hear how far he thinks they'll go in these playoffs.
The Great One took part in the NHL.com bracket challenge and got every single series winner correct. A perfect 8 for 8. Now onto round 2 of the NHL playoffs which may be even more exciting then the first. In the East division there is the Battle of Florida and in the West you have the Battle of Alberta. Gretzky had an interesting pick on who the winner of the BOA would be.
Gretzky picked the Calgary Flames to beat the Edmonton Oilers and advance to the Conference Finals. Oilers fans must be beside themselves knowing the face of their franchise for so many years doesn't believe they can beat their biggest rival. Oilers' fans will be leaning on their new saviour, Connor McDavid to take them to the promise land.
