Major League Hockey is scam and this proves it
Major League Hockey is a new North American professional 3 on 3 hockey league that certainly has a lot of problems, so much so that many people think it's a scam.
There's a new professional 3 on 3 hockey league launching in North America this November. From the marketing, you would assume that Major League Hockey would rival the National Hockey League before long, but that's not actually the case, in fact, it's a hockey league that is destined to fail.
According to Andrew Brewer, Founder of 200 Foot Hockey and 200 Foot Coaching leader in Hockey Technology, MLH is running paid tryout camps and will only give you half of what you pay to tryout back if and when you make a team.
This is laughably insane & unprofessional
Running paid tryout camps in a league with a supposed 30 Million salary campand you get refunded 50% if you make the teambut you get free snacks!
I can't believe this is still alive!
For a new hockey league that boasts a 30 million dollar salary cap out of the gates, former NHL players behind the bench of every current team playing in the MLH and a mix of talent that ranges from entry level players to professional calibre and ex NHLers, this is ridiculous.
The fact that this league is still operational and set to begin its inaugural season in November has to be nothing but a fallacy, there's no way MLH can stay operational if they're already asking player to pay in order to play.
This entire operation is fishy to say the least.
