NHL Reveals Suspension For Golden Knights Defenceman
Golden Knights defenceman Alex Pietrangelo delivered a vicious slash to the wrist of Edmonton Oilers superstar Leon Draisaitl in the final minutes of Game 4 on Wednesday night.
Pietrangelo was assessed a five-minute major and a game misconduct.
Oilers captain Connor McDavid was incensed at Pietrangelo as he began to throw glove punches at him.
The NHL Department of Player Safety had a hearing with Pietrangelo today and have suspended him for 1 game.
Game 5 is on Friday at T-Mobile Arena in Vegas
