Detroit Red Wings & Nashville Predators have completed trade
The Detroit Red Wings and Nashville Predators have come together on Tuesday afternoon to complete a trade.
In a post on social media, @PuckReportNHL shared that the Nashville Predators have acquired defenceman Andrew Gibson from the Detroit Red Wings in exchange for Finnish forward Jesse Kiiskinen and a 2024 second round pick.

Gibson, 19, just completed his third season in the OHL with the Soo Greyhounds where he recorded 44 points (12 goals, 32 assists), 58 penalty minutes and was a plus-36 in 68 games. He added two assists in 11 playoff games.
Kiiskinen, 18, spent the 2023-24 season in Liiga with Lahti Pelicans where he put up ten points (four goals, six assists), eight penalty minutes and was a minus-one in 36 games.
