Team USA Medical Staff Under More Fire Regarding Charlie McAvoy's Four Nations Injury

At the Four Nations Face Off, Charlie McAvoy, the star Boston Bruins defenseman went down with a brutal injury, and not only did he miss the finale against Team Canada, but he has remained out since then.

There has been plenty of drama surrounding the situation, with Team USA's medical staff constantly under fire from Bruins fans, as many believe the situation was mishandled.

Now, that criticism continues from Renaud Lavoie, revealing that he told the medical staff to do what they can to get him to play, but then there was an infection that has complicated the whole situation.

It was a shoulder injury that kept McAvoy out, and Lavoie speculates that the injection he received to be able to play may have contributed to the infection.
