Kyle Dubas already contacted by another team about their vacant General Manager
When Kyle Dubas sat in front of Toronto Media on Monday afternoon, he made it clear that next season he would be working for the Toronto Maple Leafs or not at all. Fast forward to Friday and the Maple Leafs announced that they had relieved Dubas of his General Manager duties. His original thought will be put to the test given the information released today.
According to Sportsnet NHL Insider Elliotte Friedman, Dubas has already been approached by another NHL team about their vacant General Manager job.
Fenway Sports Group (PIT) has reached out to Kyle Dubas for the open GM position
We will see very shortly if Dubas was telling the truth about 'Toronto or nowhere' or will he rush back into an NHL role?
