Ultimately, Carlo is a guy who goes into the trenches, and he can give you some solid minutes every single game on the top pairing.
With all of the injuries to the defense this season, Carlo is someone who is needed more than ever before, and the fans are well-aware.
Last night, Oliver Ekman-Larsson got injured against the Detroit Red Wings. Unfortunately, it turns out that Carlo did too.

Not only did Oliver Ekman-Larsson leave last night's game with a lower-body issue that is expected to cause him to miss some time, but there's concern Brandon Carlo tweaked something as well.
There are plenty of fans who cannot believe their bad luck right now. After all, Carlo was just starting to hit his stride this season.
Carlo tweaked something, which doesn't necessarily mean he is going to have to miss time, although he most certainly could.
The Maple Leafs have an important game against the Las Vegas Golden Knights on Friday, and all of Leafs Nation is going to be watching intently.
