Toronto Maple Leafs analyst Steve Dangle has an interesting take on the Bobby McMann situation, and it involves none other than the Edmonton Oilers.
Bobby McMann is one of the players on the Toronto Maple Leafs who could easily bring forth a nice return for the Maple Leafs in a trade.
A recent report suggests McMann is actually worth two second-round picks, and maybe even just one first. However, that remains to be seen.
Having said that, there are some pundits out there who actually believe McMann is worth a lot more than that, especially due to his scoring ability.
One of those analysts is Steve Dangle, who recently put together a wild McMann trade proposal that has Leafs Nation very intrigued right now.
Bobby McMann to the Edmonton Oilers?
As you can see, McMann would go to the Edmonton Oilers in exchange for Andrew Mangiapane, two second-round picks, a third-round pick, and a sixth-round pick.

Quite frankly, this deal feels a bit too rich for the Maple Leafs, who are giving up one player to earn five different assets.
McMann is a good player. But he is not good enough for a team to give up so many picks, as well as a roster player who can still make an impact.
It feels like a trade that is rooted in pure fantasy, and Dangle has to be aware of that, otherwise, he wouldn't have put this on the timeline.
Overall, we remain intrigued about the trade deadline, which is sure to be a huge test for general manager, Brad Treliving.
