Toronto Maple Leafs head coach Craig Berube is on the hot seat right now, and after a loss to the Nashville Predators, he has opted for some changes to the lineup.
Last night, the Toronto Maple Leafs lost to the Nashville Predators in a game that Leafs fans will not be getting over anytime soon.
Overall, it was a bad look for the entire lineup, including head coach Craig Berube, whose job is very clearly on the line after a poor start to the season.
On Sunday night, the Leafs are playing the Dallas Stars, and many have been wondering if there will be any major changes to the lineup.
If you remember, Max Domi and Steven Lorentz were healthy scratches last night, and this still didn't inspire much of a change in the team's effort.

Just moments ago, Berube spoke to reporters, where he revealed that Domi and Lorentz will be back in the lineup against the Stars.
This time around, Calle Jarnkrok and Easton Cowan will be coming out of the lineup. As Berube explains, it was time for Cowan to watch a game from the press box.
It's hard to see how this is the case when Cowan has only been promoted as the season has gone on, and has been one of the few players generating offense.
Easton Cowan's stats don't tell the full story
In 26 games, Cowan has four goals and seven assists for 11 points. He also has a net rating of 0, which is decent for a rookie who is still learning the NHL game.
The production isn't jumping off the page, but it's not terrible either. Quite frankly, Cowan has been much more effective than Domi, who has overstayed his welcome in Toronto.
Whether or not Berube's changes actually make a difference remains to be seen. No matter what, it is clear that taking out Cowan will elicit some controversy.
