Mitch Marner Demolished on Social Media as Cringeworthy Maple Leafs Rant Goes Viral
Former Toronto Maple Leafs forward Mitch Marner was not much of a leader, and for the most part, fans were not impressed with his playoff energy.
Mitch Marner is one of the most hated men in Toronto right now, and there isn't anything he could say or do to change that.
He is now a member of the Las Vegas Golden Knights, and still, Leafs fans find new ways to make fun of him and blame him for his decision to leave.
For instance, 'Faceoff: Inside the NHL' came out this week, and there has been a whole lot of fanfare surrounding the new episodes.
In fact, some scenes involving Mitch Marner have been going viral online, and they do not exactly paint the former Leaf in the best light.

A great example is the clip below, where Marner is screaming his head of at the Leafs to get some hits on the Florida Panthers in Game 7 of the NHL Playoffs.
All of this screaming did absolutely nothing, especially when Marner himself wasn't even sweating during the game. Instead, his message rang completely hollow with the team.
Start f***ing start hitting everyone. F***ing go for it now. Stop letting them run our f***ing D. Run them!
Ultimately, this just goes to show that Mitch Marner was not who he thinks he is. He can put on all of the bravado in the world, but he simply wasn't that respected.
At the end of the day, the Maple Leafs are likely to be better off without Mitch, who still has a lot to prove as a member of the Golden Knights.
Needless to say, this season is going to be very interesting, and Maple Leafs fans will be watching very intently.
