Team Canada is gearing up for a pursuit of an Olympic gold medal, and prior to the first game against Czechia, we are officially getting word on the team's lineup.
In a few days from now, Team Canada will be on the ice against the Czech Republic in what will be their first game of the Winter Olympics.
This will be a group game that means a lot to Canada's chances of winning a gold medal. If they play well, then they can cruise against Italy and Switzerland.
Having said that, they need to put their best foot forward, and part of that is going to be fielding the right lineup to deal with some motivated countries.

From there, Brad Marchand is on a line with Nathan MacKinnon and Nick Suzuki. The third line contains a demotion for guys like Mitch Marner and Sidney Crosby, who will play with Mark Stone.

Regardless, this is a massive opportunity for all of the players involved, and we cannot wait to watch it all go down.
It appears as though Canada has the team to beat, although their goaltending decisions will determine how the tournament goes.
For now, it seems like Logan Thompson might be the top guy, but there is still a lot that remains to be seen.
