Toronto Maple Leafs forward Calle Jarnkrok remains someone the team is keen on trading, although as it turns out, there aren't a ton of teams knocking on the door.

Calle Jarnkrok is a player who has been on the trading block for the Toronto Maple Leafs since the offseason, when the team tried to package him with David Kampf.
In the end, no one was particularly interested in a deal for Jarnkrok. After all, he's not exactly the kind of guy who gives you a lot of offense on a nightly basis.
He has been a frequent healthy scratch for the Maple Leafs this season, and has only played a grand total of 35 games, notching six goals and one assist.
Going into the trade deadline, there are some increased rumblings about Jarnkrok, whom the Leafs are still very much interested in dealing.

What is Calle Jarnkrok's trade value?

According to a new report from Chris Johnston and James Mirtle, fans can forget the Maple Leafs getting a nice big return for Calle Jarnkrok.
Instead, he is being compared to Nico Sturm, who was recently traded for a fourth-round pick. At this rate, anything is better than keeping Jarnkrok on the roster.
Leafs general manager Brad Treliving has a lot to think about right now, especially as the Toronto Maple Leafs are eight points out of a playoff spot.
The hope is that they dig themselves out of a hole and end up in the postseason. However, the deadline is coming up fast, and Treliving must decide on buying or selling.
It is not an easy decision to make. It's not obvious what the Leafs should do right now, and there is no denying the fact that Treliving feels the pressure.
These next few weeks are going to be fascinating, and we look forward to seeing what Treliving ultimately decides to do with his team.
