Toronto Maple Leafs goaltender Joseph Woll remains out of the team's lineup, and on Sunday, we got a new update courtesy of head coach Craig Berube.
Joseph Woll has been a stud for the Toronto Maple Leafs this season, especially with Anthony Stolarz dealing with an injury that remains unresolved.
Unfortunately, Woll got injured a couple of games ago against the Carolina Hurricanes, and it has put the Leafs in a very precarious position.
The Leafs need their goalies healthy, and keeping Dennis Hildeby and Artur Akhtyamov as your tandem just isn't conducive to winning hockey.
Having said that, Woll is only supposed to be out for a week, and according to head coach Craig Berube, things are actually progressing quite nicely.

While speaking to the media on Sunday, the head coach revealed that things are going well, and that there is no reason to be worried at this point.
He's progressing the right way. Like I said, it's probably going to be this week.
Berube believes Woll is coming along nicely, and that is what you want to hear if you are a fan who is concerned about the goalie situation.
The Maple Leafs are playing against the Tampa Bay Lightning on Monday night, and we imagine Dennis Hildeby will be the starter.
From there, the next Leafs game is on Thursday, which tells us that we might get to see Woll on the ice in the next few days.
With Stolarz out of the lineup with no return date in sight, this Woll update is exactly what the Maple Leafs need right about now.
