Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman Jake McCabe went viral this past week after running over head coach Craig Berube, and now, we finally have some footage.
Jake McCabe is having a solid season with the Toronto Maple Leafs right now as he has been offensively productive, while also providing shutdown defense.
If you are a fan of the Maple Leafs, it is hard not to like McCabe. He plays the game the right way, and he will battle through anything in order to play for his teammates.
On Tuesday, he was essential to the team as they knocked off the Florida Panthers by a score of 5-1, in what was a crucial divisional game.
However, McCabe made headlines on Monday, as it was reported that the forward ran over his own head coach at practice, which led to a lot of hilarity on social media.

Now, thanks to TicTacOmar on social media, we have some footage of what happened, and as it turns out, it wasn't nearly as exciting as we thought.
The event happened in the middle of a drill, as McCabe was simply trying to get some real estate on the ice. Unfortunately, his coach was in his way.
There was really no harm and no foul here. McCabe went on with his life, and Craig Berube went on with his life. Why is this a story? We'll never know.
As it stands, Toronto Maple Leafs fans should be incredibly happy with the last couple of games. The team has been playing well, and it feels like some hope is on the horizon.
The Leafs have won two games against the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Florida Panthers, which proves that they can actually get it done against good teams.
While it may not be an easy road to the playoffs, this roster is at least showing that it can get something done when the going gets tough.
