Camera captures Tie Domi's disappointed reaction to his son's fight

When a player has an opportunity to play for the team, he cheered for growing up, and their father is arguably the best enforcer in the history of the National Hockey League, dropping the gloves while he is in attendance watching you can either be exhilarating or intimidating. For Max Domi, it looked like business as usual and like he was having a ton of fun.

Just over halfway through the third period with the Edmonton Oilers losing to the Toronto Maple Leafs 5-2 Oilers Centre Mattias Janmark dropped the gloves with Max Domi. What was interesting to see was that Max' father Tie was in the crowd, however as fans tried to engage with him during his son's scrap, he appeared to be very disinterested in what was happening around him.


Max Domi is a tough customer and although he doesn't hold weight to what his famous father brought to the game when he pulled on the blue and white, it's refreshing to see the Maple Leafs coming together in a way that has been absent for a long time.


As for Tie, you would think that he would be a proud father watching on as his son fights, but he looked rather worried and sad about his actions. Something that you wouldn't expect from the older Domi
