Brendan Gallagher tried to drop the gloves with Thatcher Demko
Montreal Canadiens forward Brendan Gallagher is a heart and soul to player, sometimes playing with an edge can get you in trouble. That's what happened on Wednesday night against the Vancouver Canucks.
Gallagher drove hard to the night, colliding with goaltender Thatcher Demko as well as defenseman Oliver Ekman-Larsson. Understandably, they instantly took exception and both shoved him out of the crease. Gallagher then turned and tried to fight Demko, leading to an all-out dog pile:
The Canadiens were able to secure the two points with a 5-2 victory over the Canucks.
