Draft eligible prospect scores ridiculous between the legs shootout goal
The NHL season is right around the corner and rumor has it, Trevor Zegras is already working on something special for his first shootout attempt. With players getting more and more creative all the time it often leads to some incredible highlight reel goals. That's exactly the case with this MHL goal from this morning's action.
Alexander Morozov is an 18-year-old draft eligible forward currently playing in the MHL. Last season as a 17-year-old he put up 26 points in 57 games. This earned him some additional ice time and responsibilities.
Today some of those newfound opportunities were on display as he had the opportunity to represent his team during the shootout and he did not disappoint.
Morozov comes in makes a move before dropping the puck between his legs and going top shelf for a highlight reel goal. Goals like this will likely draw him additional viewing as NHL teams begin to prepare for next year's draft.
