Vincent Trocheck signs a max term deal with an Eastern Conference Team
The Carolina Hurricanes would have liked to retain the services of Vincent Trocheck, but unfortunately the two parties couldn't come to an agreement on term. Trocheck is a hard nosed player that makes his team harder to play against.
Well the New York Rangers felt they were just a few pieces away from being a Stanley Cup team and today they opened their wallets for Trocheck.
According to Arthur Staple the Rangers signed Trocheck to a max 7-year contract.
Trocheck is seven years at $5.625-million AAV with the #NYR, according to a league source
Trocheck scored 21 goals and 51 points in 81 games for the Rangers last season.
