Paul Maurice provides major health update on Radko Gudas after he left game 2

When the Florida Panthers began Game 2, they did so with a beat up Radko Gudas. Gudas entered the game nursing multiple bumps and bruises. However, it was a hit from Ivan Barbashev that ended the night of Gudas.

After the hit Gudas was seen wobbly and went directly to the Panther's locker room. Gudas would not return for the rest of the game, leaving his status for Game 3 in jeopardy. With an extra day between Games 2 and 3, the Panthers were hopeful that Gudas could recover.

Today Paul Maurice addressed Gudas injury during his media availability.




This will be a major boost to the Panthers if Gudas is close to 100%, but if Gudas can't give the Panthers what they need, another loss all but certainly ends their hopes of a Stanley Cup.
