The Boston Bruins play-by-play an over Jack Edwards is one of the most polarizing figures in hockey. Most can't stand him, some like him and he always makes headlines for how he calls games
Today, Edwards is making headlines for losing his mind over what he perceived was a penalty during the Bruins-Carolina Hurricanes broadcast, take a look:
Edwards sees a penalty on Hurricanes forward Martinook in front of the net and starts laughing and then keeps going, ranting over a perceived call.
Edwards has always been the definition of the word homer', but on this play, his eyes must be deceiving him.
I see a two players going at it pretty evenly and the officials putting their whistles away because in order to take one in that situation, you most likely have to take both.
One things for sure, Edwards is loyal to a fault when it comes to the Bruins, but for me, he almost makes listening to commentary on games unbearable
