The Toronto Maple Leafs defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning last night, and with Dennis Hildeby getting his first career shutout, there were rumblings about Anthony Stolarz.

Anthony Stolarz has been dealing with an upper-body injury for the last month or so, and no one really knows or understands the full extent of the injury.
The goaltender hasn't been skating, and he also hasn't been seen. Stolarz has kept a low profile, and it has led to all sorts of speculation about what is going on right now.
Last night, with Joseph Woll also out of the lineup, third-string goaltender Dennis Hildeby had a monstrous night against the Tampa Bay Lightning. He recorded his first-career NHL shutout, and he stopped 29 shots in the process.
It was the kind of night you dream about when you are a kid, and Hildeby is being heralded as a hero right now in the city of Toronto.

After the game, Hildeby got the customary belt for his performance. He also took a picture with Joseph Woll and Anthony Stolarz, which was a bit of a surprise.
Stolarz was, in fact, at the game, and he made sure to show his face as fans continue to be concerned about his status going into the Christmas break.
The fact that Stolarz is being photographed on the team's social media suggests that things aren't so bad when it comes to the goaltender, although a bit of clarity would be very nice right now.
No one seems to know what is going on, and if Hildeby continues to play like this, then Stolarz could find himself being packaged in some kind of trade.
Whatever the case may be, the Leafs would just love to have everyone healthy right about now. The Situation with their injuries has gotten out of control, and it needs to be reeled in.
For now, patience will be required as the Leafs look to get through this unique part of the season. They play the San Jose Sharks on Thursday.
