The Calgary Flames get a boost tonight when they face off against the Columbus Blue Jackets as defender Oliver Kylington returns to the ice after a long lay off
The Calgary Flames are about to get a major boost back in their lineup tonight when they take on the Columbus Blue Jackets.
According to Sportsnet, the Flames have activated Oliver Kylington from Long Term Injured Reserve and he will be in the lineup tonight for the first time since May of 2022; take a look.
Oliver Kylington has been activated from LTIR and will be in the Flames lineup tonight against the Blue Jackets.
His first NHL game since May 2022. 🙌
Kylington, 28, missed the entire 2022-23 National Hockey League season due to his mental health, something the Calgary Flames have been very understanding about as they should be.
It's been a long road for Kylington who began a rehab stint with the Flames American Hockey League Affiliate in December, and I bet he's ecstatic to be able to resume his playing career after taking care of his mental health.
