Tonight is a huge matchup for the Toronto Maple Leafs as they take on the Las Vegas Golden Knights in what could be the biggest game of the entire season so far.

The Maple Leafs are playing against Mitch Marner tonight for the first time since the trade that sent him to the Las Vegas Golden Knights.
This is a major deal for the Leafs, and there is no denying that the team wants to win. However, when Matthew Knies missed the morning skate, there were some concerns about availability.
Thankfully, it was later revealed that this was only done for maintenance, and that Knies is actually going to play tonight.
As for the lineup, it appears as though Craig Berube is looking to go back to what's working, with a lineup that has been familiar to this team as of late.

The first line is going to consist of Matthew Knies, Auston Matthews, and Max Domi. Meanwhile, the second line is Matias Maccelli, John Tavares, and William Nylander.
From there, the third line will be comprised of Easton Cowan, Nicolas Roy, and Nick Robertson. Steven Lorentz, Scott Laughton, and Bobby McMann are on the fourth line.

This is a pretty solid lineup, and one that should be relatively competitive against a Las Vegas Golden Knights roster that will be eager to prove itself.
The Mitch Marner angle of tonight's game is what everyone is focused on, and rightfully so. After all, this is the game everyone has been circling.
It is only second to next Friday, when Mitch Marner makes his return to Toronto.
