Drunk William Karlsson takes a hard fall on stage
The Vegas Golden Knights won the Stanley Cup over the Florida Panthers on June 13th. Yesterday was their Cup parade and as is customary, one player always enjoys himself a little too much.
According to Sportsnet, Knights forward William Karlsson had a little to much to drink before taking to mic at the parade, the result, is one of the best victory speeches you'll ever see; take a look.
William Karlsson with a classic Cup parade speech 😆
At one point, Karlsson fell down the stairs and had to be carried away from the stage as per a video from Jesse Granger of the Athletic.
William Karlsson fell down the stairs. It's so loud the stage is shaking.
The biggest party in the history of Las Vegas.
I get that people are trying to do their jobs as is evident in the video, but having him carried away is a little bit much in my opinion. Karlsson just won the Stanley Cup, widely regarded as the toughest trophy to win in sports, he shouldn't have been carried off stage.
