Hockey player and his father face charges after wild scrap in the crowd
A High School hockey player and his father are facing charges after a fight broke out during a hockey game. After a fight broke out the player runs into the crowd, up the cement steps and punches a parent in the face. The fight is rumored to have started after some rough play on the ice sparked a disagreement in the stands.
Police have shared that the parent of the player involved and the player have both been charged. While the opposing parent faces no charges at this time.
The player has been suspended indefinitely as a result of his actions, but at this time the criminal charges are likely a far greater concern for both he and his father.
